Services

The Mediation Program offers services to all members of the university and medical center community. The services are free. The regular hours of service are Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. When appropriate, the hours of service can be flexible to accommodate specific needs or requests.

All calls or in person visits inquiring about mediation services are kept in confidence. However, inquiries by e-mail is not recommended because e-mail is not a secure method of communicating sensitive, confidential or privileged information.
